Patti’s Pearls:

I shot this lovely group of ladies for a local magazine a few months back. The woman second from the left is Patti. She makes custom-fitted wigs for cancer and “hair-challenged” patients and is just the sweetest woman. I swear, she makes you want to give her a hug and bake cookies with her. She has such genuine care and love for the girls she helps. Being a cancer survivor herself, she relates to the women that come to her and practically doubles as a support group, being the positive source of energy that she is.

Meeting and photographing people like this is just one of the many things that I love about what I do.
